Definitions

  • 'Application' — Feme app on App Store & Google Play
  • 'Services' — audio calls, video calls, sessions & consultations
  • 'Supporter/Executive' — persons engaged to support Users
  • 'User/Customer' — persons who use services through payment

Audio & Video Call Terms

Feme provides real-time audio and video call therapy sessions.

  • Stable internet: 1 Mbps (audio), 3 Mbps (video). iOS 14+, Android 10+
  • All calls end-to-end encrypted. Recording strictly prohibited
  • Feme does NOT record or access call content
  • No explicit content; nudity = immediate termination
  • Billed via prepaid packages or subscriptions. Min 1-minute billing

Customer Terms

Register with Name, Phone, Email. Terminate via Delete Account or email hello@feme.co.in.

Executive Terms

CRITICAL — VIOLATION = TERMINATION WITHOUT PAY:

  • DO NOT share personal details during calls
  • DO NOT work on competing platforms or accept direct payments
  • DO NOT record sessions. Must answer calls when online

All session info is strictly confidential — even after termination.

Refund Policy

Refunds for: failed activation, duplicate payment, system error. Non-refundable: used packages, violations, device issues, requests after 7 days.

Liability & Law

Services "AS IS". Not liable for indirect damages. Governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction: Ernakulam, Kerala.

Feme protects your data during platform use and audio/video calls.

Data Collected

  • Personal: Name, Phone, Email, Address, Gender, Age, Payments
  • Device: Location, camera, microphone (for calls only)
  • Usage: session metadata (NOT call content)

Audio & Video Call Privacy

Your calls are private. Feme does NOT record, store, or access call content. All calls end-to-end encrypted.

  • Collected: metadata only (time, duration, quality)
  • Camera/mic active only during sessions, revokable anytime

Use of Data

  • Provide services, match therapists, process payments, comply with law

We will NOT sell or trade your data.

Your Rights & Deletion

Request copy/correction/deletion. Use Delete Account or email hello@feme.co.in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

January 2025

Sessions

  • Cancel 4+ hrs before = full credit. No-shows = non-refundable

Packages

  • Cancel before first use only. Once a call begins, no cancellation

Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime; effective end of billing period. Manage via App Store/Play Store

Refunds

Eligible: failed activation, duplicate payment, system error. Non-refundable: used packages, device issues, requests after 7 days. Email hello@feme.co.in. 5-7 days response, 7-10 days processing.
